Get started with PigeonFiles
Create an upload page, choose a destination, and send its public link. Your recipient can answer your questions and
upload files without creating an account.
The page editor for a client document request.
I want to collect files
1. Set up your workspace.
2. Connect Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
3. Create an upload page, set its questions and file requirements, and choose the destination on each file field.
4. Preview it, enable it, and share the public link.
5. Send a small sample and check Received submissions.
Someone asked me to upload files
Open their request link. You do not need a PigeonFiles account. Follow Upload files through a request link, or use Fix
upload problems if the page or upload fails.
I need a repeatable process
Use templates and duplication for repeated requests. Add conditional questions, folder organization, and branding where
your plan supports them.
Choose a next step from automations and integrations: team email, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, signed webhooks, or an AI
assistant. AI extraction has its own credit and file limits.
I manage a team or account
Invite teammates, review plans and billing, or manage your profile and connected apps. Keep storage access separate from
workspace membership.
For an unexplained error, start with Troubleshooting. For account access, billing, or an incident that needs
investigation, contact support.
