Use Submissions to see what arrived through your upload pages and which records need attention. You need a workspace role with access to submissions; export also requires export permission.
Find a submission
- Open Submissions in the top navigation.
- Use the search box to find a submission by the information collected on your page.
- Use Received to narrow the date range or Filters to narrow the list.
- Open a row to review its details.
Understand the status
| Status | What to do |
|---|---|
| Processing | Wait for the current processing work to finish, then check again. |
| Completed | Open the record to review its answers and files. |
| Completed with errors | Inspect the record to find which part needs attention. Some work may have succeeded. |
| Failed | Inspect the error and the storage connection before asking the uploader to try again. |
Read the file-level information as well as the submission status. A submission status alone does not explain a missing destination file or an AI processing outcome.
Review answers and files
The detail panel shows the uploader information your page collected, received time, page, responses, and file details. Where available, use the destination link to open a delivered file. Access to the destination still depends on that storage provider’s permissions.
If you configured AI processing, review its outputs against the original file before relying on them.
For a delivery problem, check Settings > Destinations and the relevant file field’s folder configuration. See Troubleshooting. If you need support, include the submission identifier or link, page name, provider, approximate time, and error message. Do not send the document or any credentials unless support establishes a separate appropriate process.
Export records
- Narrow the list to the records you need.
- Click Export.
- Review the available export options and scope before starting the export.
- Follow the export status. It can wait in a queue before generating. Download the CSV when it is ready.
If an export fails, check the message and request a replacement after resolving the issue. If a download expires, create a new export. A cancelled export does not delete the underlying submissions.
Treat exports as workspace data: share them only with people who should see the collected answers and file metadata. An export is a reporting record, not a backup of the uploaded file contents.
For a continuously updated spreadsheet, use Google Sheets logging.
